KAFD project Stainless Steel Cladding & Architectural Metalwork, Riyadh
In 2021, Rounuq Al Msar delivered a wide metalwork package at King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) in Riyadh.
Most of the work sat where people touch and look every day. We clad columns, escalators and elevators in stainless steel, and on a vertical transport job like that the cladding has to be cut around moving equipment and service access without breaking the finish line.
Around it, we installed handrails, aluminum cladding, wall panels, mirrors, skirting and metal strips. Those small trims are where a premium interior either looks resolved or doesn’t, since every joint lines up against the stainless.
Outside, the scope included a steel pergola and aviation lights.
