Nawafez Trading Offices: Façade, Glazing & Metalwork, Riyadh

In 2023, Rounuq Al Msar delivered the envelope and metalwork package for the Nawafez Trading Offices project in Riyadh, developed by Investment Details Development.

The job covered the building from the outside in. On the envelope, we installed the curtain wall, structural glazing and aluminum cladding, plus a skylight bringing daylight into the interior.

Inside and around the building, the scope moved into circulation: staircases, a bridge, metal handrails and glass handrails. A pergola completed the outdoor space.

That mix is what made the project demanding. Glazing and metalwork usually come from separate contractors, and the interfaces between them, where a glass handrail meets a stair or cladding meets a curtain wall frame, are where most site problems start. Handling both kept those junctions under one team.
