Al Nakheel Mall Metal Fit-Out & Decorative Spiral Staircase, Riyadh

In 2021, Rounuq Al Msar handled the metal fit-out works at Al Nakheel Mall in Riyadh. The centerpiece was a decorative spiral staircase, but it was only one of nine work packages we delivered across the mall’s interiors and frontages.

Inside, our team fabricated and installed interior metal decorations and a decorative metal ceiling, along with the fit-out metalwork itself. On the frontages, we covered aluminum cladding, fixed front panels, metal shopfronts, metal-and-glass doors and a metal canopy.

A mall is a tough environment for this kind of work. Everything we installed is on permanent public display and gets heavy daily use, so finishes and alignment have to stay right long after handover.
